On-Site Consultation

During the initial consultation, I tour the space that needs updating, take notes and brainstorm ideas with you. I assess your design style, lifestyle, and preferences, and review any site and/or floor plans you may have.

The goal is to give you some great ideas to help you design a space you love.

Recommendations Include:

When completed, you will have a comprehensive plan of action and a hand-picked shopping list that will bring your vision to life.

Virtual Consultation

This service includes all of the above except our initial consultation can be done over Zoom or FaceTime, where you will give me a tour of the space that needs updating.

Flat fee

Our pricing depends on the extent of the project and time frame. Once that is determined, we will provide you with a proposal and pricing. We don’t charge by the hour because we don’t want you to be concerned with whether you should contact us about an idea or an item you’ve found and if it fits with the design concept. This service does not include procurement of furniture or supplies, though we can add an addendum if that becomes necessary.

Real Estate Consultation

Our fee is based on the extent of services provided. After the initial consultation, we will determine if additional support is needed.
