Consultation
During the initial consultation, we assess the client’s design style, lifestyle and preferences and review the site and floor plans. This may result in paint color selections, renovation recommendations and/or what should stay and what should go. If the consultation turns into a larger project, this fee will be rolled into the larger contract.
Flat fee
Our pricing depends on the extent of the project and time frame. Once that is determined, we will provide you with a proposal and pricing. We don’t charge by the hour because we don’t want you to be concerned with whether you should contact us about an idea or an item you’ve found and if it fits with the design concept. This service does not include procurement of furniture or supplies, though we can add an addendum if that becomes necessary.
Real Estate Consultation
Our fee is based on the extent of services provided. After the initial consultation, we will determine if additional support is needed.
